Role Overview
Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise and mid‑market clients.
Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and qualification to proposal and close.
Build and maintain a high-quality, predictable sales pipeline.
Develop strategic entry approaches for complex organizations.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients.
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional programs, multi‑year engagements, coaching, and digital learning.
Partner with clients to shape long-term leadership and learning roadmaps.
Support renewals by demonstrating measurable value and impact.
Conduct discovery to understand business, leadership, performance, culture, and inclusion challenges.
Recommend tailored GP Strategies solutions—from facilitator-led programs to coaching, live, virtual and digital learning.
Deliver compelling proposals linked to measurable outcomes and ROI.
Requirements
Proven success in B2B consultative sales or account management.
Experience selling learning solutions, professional services, or HR/talent offerings is a strong advantage.
A track record of hunting for new business while expanding existing accounts.
Experience selling into enterprise or mid‑market organizations.
Strong discovery, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
