About this role

Take on customer service tasks for an assigned customer portfolio and work as part of a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Receive and process all types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders
Responsible for handling inquiries and orders from start to finish
Act as the interface to key external customers, dealers, prospective customers and other internal functions within the company
Proactively communicate with customers to inform them about delayed orders due to product availability or transport issues
Responsible for managing consignment stock: replenishing consignment goods, inventory management, invoicing, counting, reconciliation
Handle customer complaints and returns in accordance with the complaint management process and return conditions (credits, etc.)
Perform quality checks and carry out corrective actions as appropriate
Monitor open orders to ensure deliveries reach customers on time as agreed

Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Preferably initial professional experience in customer service/inside sales, alternatively in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Excellent proficiency in Italian, English and German, both written and spoken, is required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not mandatory
Good to very good Excel skills
Self-organization, ability to work independently and prioritize; willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new areas of work and a positive attitude
