About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships through regular communication and tailored consulting
Acquire new customers and identify new business opportunities
Prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and close contracts
Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions
Monitor sales processes and ensure smooth execution
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to optimize the sales strategy
Participate in trade fairs, events, and presentations to represent the company
Requirements
Degree in business, sales, or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in sales management, ideally in a B2B environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent working style, goal orientation, and assertiveness
Analytical skills and a structured way of working
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as CRM systems
Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English is desirable
