About this role

Ensure that all process
and operations-relevant topics are implemented on time and to the highest quality during customer implementations
Support intralogistics (including large-scale) projects and assume sub-project responsibility for the Process/Operations area
Improve project quality – especially for automation and innovation projects
Expand and continuously develop process management to create end-to-end process transparency
Capture, document, analyze and optimize processes
Design or further develop processes to ensure high process quality

University degree in Business Administration or Engineering, ideally with a focus on Logistics
Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects
Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations and automation solutions
Proficient in BPMN for process modeling and in MS Office
Knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a confident presence as a consultant and team player
