About this role
Role Overview
Handle leads originating from partner companies
Initiate proactive outreach (phone, WhatsApp, and email)
Assess the lead's career stage and recommend the most suitable course or program
Lead negotiations through to closing
Conduct structured follow-ups
Log interactions in the CRM
Work toward conversion and revenue targets
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
Experience with consultative selling (Inside Sales)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Results
and target-oriented mindset
Organized and disciplined in CRM usage
Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership
Plus points: Experience in education (EdTech), experience with B2B2C models, experience selling mid-ticket products (BRL 1k–5k)
