Mid-level Sales Representative – SDR

Role Overview

• Conduct active lead prospecting with a focus on outbound
• Use multiple contact channels such as email, phone, social media, and prospecting tools
• Identify and qualify leads with business potential
• Perform market research to map companies and strategic contacts
• Nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and presenting solutions aligned with TRISKLE's portfolio
• Contribute to achieving commercial targets and KPIs
• Monitor and report performance indicators for the area
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead capture and opportunity-generation processes
• Support the development and structuring of the sales team in a scaling company.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an SDR, inside sales representative, or in customer prospecting roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Knowledge of marketing automation and prospecting tools
• Ability to identify opportunities and conduct consultative sales approaches
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
