About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and develop the team responsible for credit, billing, and collections processes;
- Ensure efficient execution of operational routines, maintaining quality, productivity, and adherence to processes;
- Monitor department KPIs (delinquency, recovery, billing, SLA, and team productivity);
- Manage the portfolio and prioritize collections and revenue recovery strategies;
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency;
- Interface with areas such as Operations, CX, Finance, and Sales to align processes and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading operational or financial teams;
- Knowledge of credit, collections, billing, or accounts receivable processes;
- Experience managing KPIs and operational performance;
- Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools;
- Experience with financial systems, CRM, or collections platforms is a plus;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics.
