Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support
Previous experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
Experience in home care, healthcare, or similar service-based industries is a strong advantage
Experience in payroll support or familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP) is an advantage
Experience with ADP systems is preferred
Comfortable learning and using platforms such as CareerPlug
Strong experience in interview coordination and recruitment processes
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail, especially for data entry, documentation, notetaking and interview
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Organized and structured approach to administrative work
Experience with invoicing and billing processes
Ability to maintain professional communication, particularly during interview coordination
Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
Must have relevant work experience
Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
Comfortable communicating via video calls with camera on, as needed for interviews and team coordination
