The HRBP consults with key stakeholders and employees and provides recommendations on strategic HR solutions to improve critical business outcomes.
The business partner acts as an essential extension of the corporate People and Culture (PAC) team to ensure a unified delivery approach of all people-related practices.
Lead regional efforts to build on culture and reputation to augment and improve the employee experience for our teammates.
Strategize with regional leadership (client group) to understand our growth strategy and support human capital initiatives to support that effort.
Deploy core HR programs from National HR Team leadership.
Build strategic Human Capital Staffing plan that aligns with the regional growth strategy.
Partner with local leadership and corporate People and Culture teams to drive processes and practices that attract, select, develop and retain highly qualified employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, required; preferably in Human Resource management or related field
5+ years’ of strategic Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, preferred; 3+ years’ required
Experience with Workday software system, highly preferred
Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP), preferred
Ability to garner and foster trust and credibility
Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships
Thorough knowledge of all elements of HR principles, practices and laws
Must be self-motivated and disciplined

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
