In-person management of a B2B client portfolio, prospecting new business, presenting the product portfolio, and providing customer service;
Selling mobile and fixed-line telephony products, digital services, IT solutions, advanced and value-added services;
Monitor channel
and portfolio-specific indicators, analyze, plan and execute activities to achieve sales and quality targets;
Monitor the transaction/workflow pipeline, identifying breakers, backlogs and pending issues that could block or prevent closing sales;
Manage daily reports to track sales;
Work to resolve critical situations through ongoing client contact and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's degree;
Required: Experience in medium or large companies in the IT/Telecom market;
Commercial negotiation skills and contract-closing experience;
Experience presenting to clients and executives;
Proficiency in MS Office and market CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.);
Ease in handling and learning new software and systems;
Knowledge of IT solutions (Data Center, Security, Cloud Computing and IoT) is a plus;
Experience in the agribusiness market is a plus;
Commercial profile: proactive, results-focused and determined to get things done;
Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
