Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reporting tools, data pipelines, and self-service analytics solutions across Data & Analytics lines of business
Plan, prioritize, and manage team initiatives to deliver scalable, technology-driven reporting and analytics solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with business and technical partners to translate data into actionable insights
Advise stakeholders through strategic and technical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensure reporting standards, governance, and best practices align with enterprise strategy
Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive efficiency and focus on high-impact initiatives
Partner with channel leaders to define, refine, and prioritize reporting, data, and CRM requirements
Manage a team of Salesforce.com certified administrators
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
5–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting
3–5 years of experience leading or managing teams
Proven experience delivering complex reporting and analytics initiatives
Salesforce certification preferred
Project Management experience desired, related certification a plus
Experience in the real estate or title industry a plus
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into measurable outcomes
Experience leading complex projects from planning through execution
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of BI tools, databases, and reporting systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, and Oracle helpful
