About this role
Role Overview
Ensure that development teams are creating value through customer-focused product increments
Align with other Product Owners and senior management
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
Manage delivery blockers
Continuously assess customer feedback
Consider ways to maximize value and improve delivery processes
Promote teamwork and handle disciplinary actions as required
Provide leadership guidance and collaborate with business
Requirements
Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate required
Graduate degree preferred
10+ years relevant experience
5-7 years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
