Role Overview
- Handles incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines
- Communicates changes to physician master schedules with the department of Surgery
- Updates scheduling protocol and manual as needed
- Monitors ACD reports daily
- Manages staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning
- Assists with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computerized Appointment Scheduling (2 Years)
- Managerial (1 Year)
