Assist operations and support teams in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including commercial agreements, NDAs, contracts, and policy documents
Manage version control, signature processes, and maintaining organised corporate legal documents and files (digital and physical) for the legal entities
Liaise with external counsel and internal teams to coordinate legal reviews of contracts, queries and documentation requests
Prepare briefs, summaries, and correspondence
Track governance deadlines, filings, and board approval workflows for legal entities
Assist in implementing a digital system for tracking governance and documentation of legal entities
Support onboarding and training processes linked to compliance or governance changes
Conduct legal research where required

Requirements
Legal or Paralegal Degree or equivalent
5+ years’ post qualification paralegal or inhouse legal experience is essential
Strong understanding of common law
Understanding International law will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication
Legal research capability, and document preparation/management skills
High level of computer literacy, and work effectively under deadlines
Ability to work autonomously and work things out skills
