Role Overview
Drive enterprise-level revenue growth and strategic expansion across top national partnerships
Serve as the executive point of contact for assigned national ownership groups
Lead complex, multi-market negotiations
Develop and maintain high-trust relationships with national real estate consultants
Position Brightspeed as the preferred broadband and fiber partner
Structure complex agreements that meet internal return thresholds
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
5–8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
Strong executive presence
Experience developing national account strategies
Advanced negotiation skills
Strong financial acumen
Proficiency with CRM systems
Exceptional presentation and strategic communication skills
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to travel nationally
