Role Overview
- Oversee active campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, Meta Ads).
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs: reply rate, booked calls, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Strategy, CSMs, SDRs, creative).
- Run weekly performance and accountability meetings.
- Manage projects from onboarding → launch → optimization.
- Provide strategic input on targeting, messaging, offers, and creatives.
- Review and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Ensure strong preparation for client calls and overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation via Meta Ads and/or outbound
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM). (required)
- 2+ years managing paid media and/or outbound campaigns.
- C1+ English level (required)
- Data-driven, hands-on mindset.
- Experience coordinating teams or operational projects.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and workflows.
- Strong ownership mentality and results-oriented approach.
