About this role
Role Overview
- Own end‑to‑end AR for a set of global B2B accounts
- Talk directly to overseas finance teams to resolve issues and get cash in
- Untangle messy accounts, disputes and odd reconciliations (and fix them)
- Spot patterns, recommend actions, and help sharpen how we do AR
- Manage full AR cycle: allocations, reconciliations, collections
- Call and email international clients to resolve overdue and complex items
- Investigate short‑pays, disputes, PO/tax/currency issues and drive resolution
- Prepare ageing and exception reports, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Partner with sales/events to align contracts, billing and client expectations
Requirements
- 3–5 years solid international AR/Credit Control in a corporate or B2B environment
- Hands‑on experience dealing directly with international clients/finance teams
- Excellent English – confident, clear, and professional on the phone and in writing
- Proven lateral thinking and problem‑solving in AR
- Strong AR fundamentals + intermediate Excel and a mainstream ERP
- Self‑starter, organised, comfortable working fully remote
