Processing customer complaints and returns in accordance with the complaint management process
Performing quality checks and implementing corrective actions
Monitoring open orders to ensure on-time deliveries
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration) or an equivalent qualification
At least one year of professional experience in customer service/inside sales, alternatively in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not required
Good to very good Excel skills
Self-organization, ability to work independently and prioritize; willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of work, and a positive attitude
