Act autonomously within the team, ensuring agile best practices, transparency, and collaboration;
Remove common impediments and support the team day-to-day, contributing to a stable workflow;
Support the Product Owner in backlog organization and stakeholder communication when needed;
Facilitate activities that promote team integration, alignment, and continuous improvement;
Help raise the team’s agile maturity by introducing practices for flow, prioritization, quality, and communication;
Analyze and track basic metrics (velocity, lead time, CFD, throughput) to identify improvement opportunities;
Propose local, team-focused improvements considering context, capacity, and goals;
Identify simple risks, dependencies, and flow issues, propose alternatives, and collaborate with other areas when necessary;
Foster a safe environment for discussions, feedback, and continuous learning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field (web design, product design, business administration, physics, chemistry, engineering) or a postgraduate degree in a related area
Required: at least one of the following agile certifications: Scrum: CSM, A-CSM (Scrum Alliance) or PSM I, PSM II, PSM III (Scrum.org); SAFe: SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile); Kanban: Kanban Management Professional (Lean Kanban University)
Desired experience: 2 years working with agile metrics
Knowledge of agile methods and software engineering.
