About this role
Role Overview
Generate new business pipeline for Business Development Managers through inbound and outbound initiatives and activities.
Demonstrate best-practice, up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value they deliver to prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clients.
Manage time efficiently and prioritize workload.
Proactively engage with potential and current clients to build strong relationships.
Demonstrate the ability to attract new customers.
Expand market knowledge and awareness through independent research.
Develop sales leads using sales tools as part of outbound prospecting efforts.
Organize and manage your pipeline and present updates to your line manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Follow a disciplined approach to forecasting and opportunity management via SFDC (Salesforce) and supporting tools and processes
Develop sales leads using sales tools as part of outbound prospecting efforts
Qualify inbound leads generated through our website and other sources
Proven track record of achieving targets and succeeding in competitive environments
Ability to build internal and external relationships to obtain and share information (e.g., industry trends)
Relevant customer-facing and telephone experience
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Fluent in English
Excellent phone, written, and listening skills
Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role
Ambitious with strong career goals
