Role Overview
- Developing and maintaining assigned long-term client relationships
- Providing sales or consultative support to clients
- Serving as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units
- Participating in pricing and resource discussions
- Identifying and developing new servicing opportunities with existing clients
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Managing processes outlined in the contract
- Serving as an escalation point for high severity requests or issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Treasury Management experience is preferred
- University / college degree preferred
- Ability to negotiate servicing agreements and fees
- Knowledgeable of customer needs and satisfaction
