Set up and implement learning programs that involve thousands of learners, building and maintaining client loyalty, satisfaction and success.
Work closely with current or potential clients to define clear KPIs, success criteria, and deliverables, identifying actions for continuous improvement in their learning outcomes.
Report to clients on the success of learning programs in order to drive results, achieve renewals and assist in growing the accounts, regularly monitoring learning KPIs and account plans to ensure timely renewals.
Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions.
Contribute to best practices for all other team members to ensure successful design and delivery of language training.
Provide project management skills and advice to Sales teams during tenders and negotiations.
Be available to travel about 30-50% of the time to visit clients in location.
As a new role, responsibilities will evolve over time as the business grows.
Requirements
Experience working in K-12 education, particularly in the public sector, is a strong plus.
Exceptional communication skills.
Local language and excellent English
Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence.
Strong project management
A Bachelor or master’s degree in education, public policy / management, international relations, economics, or a similar field is preferred.
Confident with technology platforms e.g. Salesforce
