About this role
Role Overview
Drive, shape, and deliver the Tequila CS&L strategy and continuous improvement agenda across logistics operations
Ensure adherence to global CS&L standards and drive operational efficiencies
Deliver demonstrable year-on-year improvement in CSL Tequila performance metrics
Lead customer collaboration initiatives to enhance supply chain strategies
Build organizational capabilities through people development and a high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with CARM and OPEX standards across logistics operations
Provide strategic guidance on SAP, data excellence, and governance
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ supply chain experience
Significant experience in process improvement in CPG companies involving multiple sites
Minimum 4 years’ experience working in logistics including warehouse and transport in LAC, preferably with international exposure
Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a supply chain related subject
Highly analytical with a strong ability to present information for decision-making
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain
Experience in delivering operational savings in a sophisticated environment
Knowledge of network modelling
