Coordinate regional service requests scheduling and dispatching
Manage invoicing and financial reporting
Provide operational and administrative support to Coating Advisors and Service Operations Area Managers
Drive process optimization and serve as a super user for service tools and systems
Contribute to process design and optimization
Handle project-related administration and freelancer coordination
Support strategic service initiatives across several Southern European countries and Turkey
Ensure adherence to Group policies, tools, and guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, or a university degree in Administration or a related field
Experience in the Coatings and Marine industry is an advantage
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken, is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and structured, with strong analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience in coordinating people and processes, engaging confidently with internal and external stakeholders, adapting with ease to changing priorities
Flexibility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
