About this role
Role Overview
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and strategic partners
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with legal and finance teams
Ensure contracts are commercially sound, risk-mitigated, and aligned with company policies
Monitor vendor and partner performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs
Establish and maintain a centralized repository for contracts and partnership documentation
Drive strategic collaboration across procurement, operations, and project teams to align partnership strategies
Identify and develop partnership opportunities that support growth, innovation, and operational efficiency
Track and report on vendor performance, cost savings, and partnership outcomes to senior leadership
Support business development initiatives through effective partner engagement and market insight
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management, partnerships, or contract negotiation
Experience within construction, real estate, infrastructure, or similar industries is highly desirable
Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with the ability to negotiate and manage agreements effectively
Solid understanding of procurement processes, governance, and contract management
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, KPI management, and reporting
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation and stakeholder engagement
Structured, proactive, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Fluency in English required; proficiency in local Nordic languages is an advantage.
