Work on the development and evolution of retail-focused digital products (portals, apps, B2B/B2C platforms, integrations with POS, ERP, OMS, CRM).
Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements, translating strategic needs into clear features for technical teams.
Support the definition of product vision, roadmap and backlog, together with the Product Owner, business and technology leaders.
Conduct impact and feasibility analyses for new features, improvements and innovation initiatives.
Monitor development, testing, acceptance and deployment of digital solutions.
Support innovation initiatives such as pilots, proofs of concept (POCs), A/B tests and continuous process and product improvements.
Monitor product performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, usage, efficiency and user satisfaction.
Map and propose improvements to the user experience (UX), considering customer and operator journeys in the retail environment.
Act as an interface point between areas such as business, IT, vendors and external partners.
Ensure alignment with governance, information security and compliance guidelines.

Knowledge of digital products and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience or familiarity with retail processes such as sales, replenishment, inventory, billing and logistics.
Fiscal and commercial integrations.
Operation of physical stores and digital channels.
Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, web services, file-based integrations).
Ability to analyze data and metrics to support decision-making.
Experience with product and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello).
Basic knowledge of UX, usability and user-centered design.
