About this role
Role Overview
- Own the product roadmap: define priorities, manage the backlog, run sprints, and hold the development team accountable to delivery timelines.
- Drive our website rebuild from requirements through launch.
- Own API integration projects — define requirements, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure delivery.
- Manage our HubSpot implementation and hold the CRM/marketing automation team accountable for outcomes.
- Serve as the company’s internal AI strategist and architect AI agent workflows.
- Run pilots with clear success criteria and measure ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or cross-functional technology leadership role
- Deep, hands-on understanding of AI and large language models
- Proven ability to manage developers and hold technical teams accountable
- Experience managing website builds and API integrations
- Working knowledge of HubSpot
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy, limited supervision, and real accountability for results
- Experience in real estate, transaction management, or proptech is a plus
