About this role
Role Overview
Manage customer service with a focus on logistics processes and materials management, ensuring a high level of service.
Handle order management in SAP, overseeing the complete order-to-cash process from order through delivery.
Coordinate deliveries, invoicing and credit processes, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Proactively address problem resolution, complaints and operational deviations.
Maintain continuous interaction with internal teams focused on solutions and customer relationships, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
Previous experience in Customer Service within medium
or large-sized industrial companies, preferably in the automotive sector or with automotive suppliers.
Practical experience with SAP, especially in Customer Service routines, billing, order management and master data.
Ability to act with maturity, critical thinking, autonomy and a solution-oriented mindset.
Intermediate English.
