Own end-to-end hiring across commercial, operations, finance, legal, and people functions
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on timelines, and move decisively
Run structured interviews that evaluate both role fit and cultural alignment
Source proactively across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
Build and maintain warm pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs
Guide candidates through every stage with clear, timely, honest communication
Keep hiring managers informed with regular updates, market data, and honest calibration
Track core metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire) and flag issues early

3–5 years of recruitment experience in a startup or high-growth environment, focused on business roles
Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions without heavy oversight
Strong sourcing skills

Confident stakeholder manager
you push back, set expectations, and keep the process moving
Clear, direct communicator with candidates and stakeholders alike
Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and building process where little exists
Experience with Greenhouse ATS
Exposure to multi-geography or international hiring
Familiarity with DEI hiring practices
Any formal recruitment certification
