- Design and spearhead the A-to-Z employee experience

- Champion internal communications and engagement strategy
- Oversee health and safety strategies and compliance assessments
Requirements
- Solid track record in a Head of HR role within a hyper-growth environment
- Deep, practical understanding of Maltese employment law
- Ability to anticipate business needs and manage HR processes end-to-end
- Commercial awareness and strong organization skills
- Solutions-focused and detail-oriented
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing People team
- Fluency in English (Maltese is a fantastic bonus)
