Paralegal – Property & Liability

Role Overview

• Assisting with a caseload of Property & Liability cases for a corporate client
• Comfortable negotiating settlements on behalf of our client
• Providing advice and assessing/reviewing damages
• Gaining further exposure to higher value claims by assisting the team with complex property damage claims

Requirements

• Previous experience held in a Paralegal/Litigation executive role
• Ideally previous experience held in or knowledge of property or recoveries
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently by managing time in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop skills / knowledge
• A professional manner with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
