Commercial management of key accounts to ensure business growth and profitability.
Manage client performance using key indicators: sell-out, sell-in, inventory, DOH (days on hand), turnover per store, product availability (positivação), virtual stock, market share, pricing, and product mix.
Execution: Close collaboration with field teams to ensure excellent execution of our products and commercial negotiations, acting assertively in virtual stock and out-of-stock scenarios.
Conduct regular market routes to monitor in-store execution, trade initiatives, and to map opportunities.
Monthly alignment with the field team (sell-out) on the commercial actions and strategies to be executed and monitored.
Develop, together with internal teams and clients, the channel promotional calendar to boost sell-out performance.
Ensure the introduction and performance tracking of product launches within innovation cycles.
Interface with internal teams to guarantee excellent customer service: trade, sell-out team, customer service, logistics, finance, and legal.
Plan and monitor clients' investments and evaluate the effectiveness of activations (ROI).
Manage commercial and trade budgets and allowances/discounts.
Responsible for the construction and development of the JBP (Joint Business Plan) with clients, with regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure synergy and alignment of strategies.
