You will work directly with B2B client service and development, providing consultative support, leading negotiations, and managing the entire commercial process to drive results.
Serve B2B customers, maintaining and developing a portfolio of corporate clients and closing new deals through a consultative sales approach.
Present Vivo’s portfolio of solutions and support customers via digital channels (inside sales).
Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value‑added services.
Monitor channel and portfolio KPIs, analyze data and implement commercial actions to meet and exceed targets.
Track the sales pipeline, identifying bottlenecks, backlogs and pending issues that may impact deal closures.
Prepare and monitor daily sales reports.
Resolve critical situations through frequent contact with customers and internal teams.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support commercial routines, controls and day‑to‑day analyses.
Commercial profile: driven, results‑oriented, with a consultative approach and active listening to understand the client’s real needs.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an owner’s perspective, responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery.
Affinity with digital tools, interest in technology and innovation, and ability to quickly learn and use software and systems.
Organization, planning and discipline; ability to prioritize tasks, act with urgency and complete daily responsibilities.
