Role Overview
- Represent a leading brand in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct
- Sell Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors
- Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet
- Recruit new customers into the York family to increase market share
- Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale
- Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of HVAC/R experience
- 3+ years of client interaction experience
- Working knowledge of Excel
