Manage a portfolio of press relations and influencer marketing accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, and provide strategic media and creator-collaboration counsel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, journalists and influencers, understanding their goals to deliver integrated PR + influencer campaigns.
Develop and present communication angles, influencer briefs and campaign concepts aligned with trends, audience insights and brand positioning.
Coordinate press campaigns, influencer activations, content collaborations and events while upholding clients’ objectives and brand image.
Lead strategic brainstorming and content-creation sessions, integrating creator-focused approaches to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze results (media coverage, influencer content performance, social metrics) and produce clear reports with concrete recommendations.
Manage budgets and vendor relationships for large-scale events, press activations and influencer campaigns.
Stay up to date on industry and platform trends, and proactively integrate influencer strategies into PR plans.
Mentor junior team members and support their development in PR and influencer management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in public relations, communications or a related field.
3+ years of agency account management experience in PR.
Experience with fashion and lifestyle brands, including but not limited to fashion, beauty, travel, tourism, design, and food & beverage.
Strong network of media and influencer contacts, with experience developing lasting relationships.
Proven ability to deliver multiplatform campaigns (press + social/influence).
Solid understanding of content performance metrics, influencer campaign ROI and social media analytics.
Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset, initiative and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Well-established media list and strong relationships with traditional and digital media in fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors, with a track record of notable placements.
Professional-level proficiency in French and English, or full bilingualism — a significant asset.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proactive and adaptable, comfortable taking initiative while remaining open to feedback and transparent communication.
Strong team orientation and commitment to collective success, with a positive, solution-focused approach.
