Provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts
Respond to client requests for information about specialized products
Review requests, research solutions, and make recommendations
Identify and analyze client complaints, recommend solutions and follow up as needed
Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics
Carry out administrative, operational and quality control measures, following up as needed
Help develop and implement work processes and methods for your unit
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
