Drive and manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Create compelling presentations for internal decision-making processes and external meetings
Address internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally
Act as a representative of the CMO office in various forums
Coordinate strategic and cross-entity initiatives, ensuring timely preparation in collaboration with Functional Board members and Heads of Departments
Engage in project work that requires the attention or representation of the CMO
Requirements
Excellent university degree preferably in economics and / or finance, or else in mathematics, natural sciences, or related fields (among top 10% graduates)
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is desirable
Additional language skills, especially French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian, are a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in preparing presentations and document management
Experience with data analysis and AI tools is a plus
1-3 years of professional experience in the (re)insurance industry, consulting, or investment banking
Alternatively, a PhD in a relevant subject with practical working experience.
Strong ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
High level of integrity and trustworthiness, especially in handling confidential information
Solid understanding of the insurance business and financial markets
Exceptional project, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders effectively
