About this role

Analyze agency portfolios to identify sales opportunities and areas for growth.
Monitor and evaluate branch sales performance and profitability, providing actionable recommendations.
Provide support for ad hoc reports and statistical analysis as required.
Handle and monitor agency sales campaign results, including analyzing campaign effectiveness.
Manage and oversee campaign management activities in the agent’s portal, SAT system.
Analyze and manage marketing activities of branches to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Facilitate communication with branches on sales-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in managing club member performance and benefits, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Assist in organizing sales events and campaigns, contributing to the planning and execution when necessary.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is preferred
More than 2 years of working experience
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or other related tools)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Highly committed, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplication
