Motor Vehicle Claims Manager, Case Manager

Role Overview

• You take full responsibility for motor vehicle and fleet claims — from first notification through to final settlement
• You actively manage complex claims, make well-founded decisions, and maintain oversight at all times
• You act as the primary contact for our customers and guide them confidently and solution‑oriented through the entire process
• You coordinate all parties involved — from repair shops and assessors to attorneys — ensuring a smooth process
• You independently review claims, use your delegated authorities appropriately, and ensure fair, transparent decisions
• You are comfortable handling both comprehensive (own‑damage) and liability claims and approach complex fleet cases (including special‑purpose vehicles) in a structured manner
• You coordinate assessments, repairs, and mobility solutions efficiently, with attention to quality and cost
• You ensure that contractual claims are correctly evaluated and reimbursed
• You keep everything coordinated and ensure transparency and trust through clear communication with all stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or a comparable qualification (e.g., insurance specialist)
• Several years of experience handling motor vehicle or fleet claims
• Excellent written and spoken German
• High level of personal responsibility and a structured way of working
• Experience managing complex claims or in case management
• Interest in digital processes and development within the insurance sector
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
