Responsible for a team of Key Account Managers handling major accounts in the Transpacific market
Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts
Maintain daily communication with clients and share relevant market intelligence internally
Act as the main interface between management, key accounts, and operations
Ensure service quality across commercial, contractual, and operational matters
Manage tenders, coordinate with the relevant internal departments, take part in commercial negotiations, and represent/support clients’ interests internally with trade lines, agencies, and any other department involved in service delivery
Lead team and manage tools to optimize performance and efficiency. Monitor client volumes and define action plans in line with business needs.
Requirements
Graduate of a top business school (Master’s degree level)
At least 5 years of experience in the commercial and shipping/maritime sector
Fully proficient in English, both written and spoken
