Develop, manage and optimize ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and where applicable Programmatic/DV360)
Ongoing analysis of data, KPIs and customer journeys — deriving optimization and testing ideas
Manage budgets, audience strategies and funnel setups
Develop and refine cross-channel ads strategies for your clients
Proactive consulting on campaign architecture, creatives, audiences, tracking and landing pages
Regular alignment meetings, recurring check-ins and presentations of learnings & recommendations
Create monthly reports including insights, clear takeaways and strategic recommendations
Close collaboration with the ads team on new trends, strategies, AI approaches and best practices
Opportunity to contribute to webinars, whitepapers or thought-leadership content

Experience in digital/performance marketing (agency or in-house)
Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads or Programmatic
Strong analytical skills and a passion for KPIs, data and testing
Strong communication skills, customer focus and a consulting mindset
Structured way of working, solution orientation and enthusiasm for professional development
Confident use of tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and where applicable Looker Studio
Open to AI tools for research, optimization, QA and structuring
Based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) or willing to work regularly from Cologne (especially during the first 6 months)
