About this role
Role Overview
Build, manage & optimize marketing channels for performance advertising (Ads)
Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Google/Meta/Pinterest/TikTok
Control budgets based on performance and re-engage drop-offs (retargeting)
Clear 14-day report (Clicks → Inquiries → Bookings → Cost per Booking)
Manage external partners/freelancers when needed
Maintain the social & influencer editorial calendar; publish and distribute content
Select creators/influencers and manage collaborations
Use discount/partner codes and measure their impact
Nurture the community (comments/DMs → inquiries)
Arrange content creation (automate and/or use freelancers)
SEO & GEO (AI discoverability)
Plan & manage SEO strategy (site structure, content, fundamentals)
Build backlinks & partnerships
Use AI for content creation and automation
Regular monitoring with short result updates
Build and maintain partnerships & affiliate relationships (e.g., venues/planners/service providers)
Manage the affiliate program (codes, billing, performance)
Plan and evaluate joint promotions/bundles
Plan goals, budget and presence for trade shows & events; coordinate team & materials
Execute presence at events and capture leads
Rapid follow-up and brief evaluation of results
Customer acquisition & communication: build and maintain a CRM
Run email campaigns for customer acquisition
Communicate with (potential) customers
Requirements
Practical experience with performance marketing
Practical experience with social media & influencer marketing
Practical experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Creative problem-solving approaches
Strong organizational skills and an independent working style
Strong communication skills, team player and curious mindset
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
