Liaise daily with internal buyers, and local and global suppliers
Prioritize client deliverables and effectively manage relationships
Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLA’s
Ensure the team produces accurate customer quotes, quality samples and artwork for proposals
Follow-up on all quotes distributed to generate orders
Drive client sales, ensuring that profit budgets are exceeded and that all costs related to your team orders are strictly controlled
Prepare proposals and presentations, and present to key clients and stakeholders
Be proactive with client relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sales
Analyze financial and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget
Collaborate with internal teams to support logistics, operational and financial goals
Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience working on campaigns that includes print, promotional items, point-of-sale or displays
Experience working with both domestic and international supply bases
Able to work cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams and internal supply chain teams
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organization skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
