Lead Vans’ complex and fastest-growing digital wholesale partnerships
Own the commercial strategy, execution, and performance of Amazon and select online wholesale partners
Develop and execute account-level growth strategies
Partner closely with Marketing and Media teams to shape retail media and demand generation strategies
Oversee forecast accuracy, order book health, replenishment performance, and in-season execution
Serve as the internal Amazon and digital marketplace expert
Deliver ongoing marketplace intelligence

7-10+ years of experience
Deep, hands-on experience managing Amazon (Vendor or Seller)
Strong understanding of platform mechanics, retail media, content, operations, and analytics
Ability to set account vision, prioritize initiatives, and translate strategy into disciplined execution that delivers profitable growth
Strong command of retail math, forecasting, inventory productivity, and performance metrics
Proven success partnering with Marketing, Planning, Operations, and Finance
Strong understanding of digital wholesale operations, compliance, and process optimization
Ability to clearly articulate insights, recommendations, and risks to senior leaders and external partners
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and adapting strategy as the digital landscape evolves
