Source, screen and progress candidates through the interview pipelines
Reviewing CVs of direct applications as well as building proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates e.g. networking, events etc.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders/hiring managers
Build great relationships with candidates, with a view of short and long term hires
Constantly provide an amazing candidate experience and look to always improve this across the team
Work collaboratively across the wider recruitment team
Take a consultative approach to recruitment
focusing on speed, quality and diversity
Requirements
A can do attitude! you'll put your hand to anything, nothing is outside your remit across hiring.
Experience hiring non-tech roles in the UK, ideally Sales, Customer Support, Marketing and or Finance.
Experience working as a full time recruiter/talent partner at a recruitment agency/RPO or at an in-house high growth start-up or scale-up.
Super organisation skills, and an ability to prioritise
You'll need to interview candidates, so previous experience screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles for both hard skills and cultural qualities is needed
