Role Overview
Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Banking Partner has shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Banking.
Partner will primarily serve as the PWM Treasury Management subject matter expert and act as the key liaison with the Treasury Management Department.
Partnering closely with the Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies.
Partner Advisors have shared responsibility with their Senior Advisor to achieve sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals.
Focused on honing the technical aspects of Private Banking—including Treasury Management solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to seven years of related experience
Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong client facing skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Well-developed analytical skills
Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
