Provides evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing entered information by Program Managers
Reviews documentation and record retention for accuracy and compliance
Answers questions and provide direction on improvements
Reviews records of individuals' program progress for accuracy and compliance
Recommends action needed to fix repeating issues
Assists upper management in implementing accepted recommendations

Must live in Tennessee
Experience with Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs
Ability to prepare necessary reports and records of individuals' program progress with accuracy and completeness
Knowledge of DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services
Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs
Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision
Must have good computer skills
Comfortable with software and technology
Flexible and organized
Must work without close supervision
