About this role

Ensure that all process
and operations-related topics in customer implementations are implemented on time and to the highest quality.
Act as a key interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT.
Support intralogistics (large-scale) projects and take on subproject responsibility for the Process/Operations area.
Improve project quality – especially for automation and innovation projects.
Expand and continuously develop process management to create end-to-end process transparency.
Capture, document, analyze and optimize processes with the goal of modularizing and standardizing logistics processes.
Design and redesign processes to ensure high process quality at locations.

University degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics.
Relevant practical experience in intralogistics and in managing interdisciplinary projects.
Expertise in logistics processes, WMS implementations and automation solutions.
Confident use of BPMN for process modeling and MS Office; knowledge of MTM or REFA is an advantage.
Process-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a confident presence as a consultant and team player.
Business-fluent German and English.
Willingness to travel for projects.
