As Head of HR Management for the companies in the Rhineland cluster — covering hospitals in Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Hürth and Cologne — you will, together with all management levels, be responsible for further developing and implementing the HR strategy, evaluating its success, and creating a roadmap that supports a vibrant corporate culture.
Under your leadership, you will ensure the smooth operation of all HR processes together with local HR administrators and specialists.
A primary focus of your role will be the consolidation and restructuring of the two hospital sites in Duisburg.
You will drive the digitization of HR processes, including as part of the Sana-wide HR transformation project, position your team strategically for future requirements, and support them in acquiring the necessary qualifications.
You will develop and implement creative strategies to secure the required skilled workforce within the cluster.
You will contribute your experience with HR metrics to the execution and further development of our planning processes.
Requirements
You are an approachable, open and highly empathetic personality.
You hold a completed university degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification, and you have several years of leadership experience in HR, ideally in the healthcare sector.
You have leadership experience within matrix structures.

You possess solid knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements and works constitution law (works council law).
You are a strong communicator, performance-oriented and determined, while also able to be both professional and personable.
