Provide support to the import commercial department;
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals for the infrastructure area;
Conduct negotiations for international contracts;
Perform documentary and operational analysis, focusing on CVE, Certificate of Origin (CO), and operations in Customs Bonded Warehouses (Entreposto Aduaneiro);
Create sales department reports;
Enter targets and data into internal systems;
Manage departmental files;
Analyze and follow up on import sales contracts with the legal department;
Act as an interface between suppliers and internal areas (procurement, tax, logistics, and finance);
Verify and validate import documents and Certificates of Origin (CO);
Monitor import processes through Customs Bonded Warehouses (Entreposto Aduaneiro);
Support commercial negotiations with international suppliers;
Assist in preparing management reports and performance indicators for the import commercial area;
Identify opportunities to improve import processes, aiming to reduce costs, lead times, and risks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commercial Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Required Excel skills – Intermediate to Advanced level;
Previous experience in imports, with a commercial and documentary focus;
Knowledge of international contracts, Incoterms, and foreign trade practices;
Experience with CVE, Certificates of Origin (CO), and operations in Customs Bonded Warehouses (Entreposto Aduaneiro);
Knowledge of customs legislation and major special regimes;
Intermediate to Advanced English (reading and communication);
